Using Column chooser in Order Bank

If you are reading this then you will already have access to vehicle Stock Book. Which means that you will already be familiar with selecting columns using the column chooser.

You can also choose what data columns you see in your Order Bank search results in the same manner.

We store lots of useful data that might just be exactly what you need. You can select from a large number of fields to customise your results page to your exact needs.

Remember the columns that you can choose will depend on your role within the business. For example a sales person with a customer facing computer might not be able to see customer sensitive information. This means that some of the reports that we mention in our forums may not be possible if the column is not available for you to select.

To add columns to your list first click on the column chooser button to see all the columns in use and all of the available columns below.

The column chooser button is the second button from the right in the row of icons in the top right.

To add or remove a column simply drag and drop the coloured column headings from one area to the other. Now your chosen columns will appear in the page view.

To rearrange the columns in use simply click and drag to reorder them, piece of cake!

Don't forget you can sort your columns in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header.

You can also save the view as a saved view. Your saved view will remember what you searched for and what columns you picked! Read more on Saved Views.
