Adding Customers to an order

The first thing you'll need to do in your new quotation is add your customer.

SalesMaster remembers your past customers so we have devised a clever method of checking to see if the customer you are about to add is already there!

Click on the blue heading that says 'customer' and a panel opens to display the detail of the customer. If no customer has yet been selected  then click in the 'select the customer' area and Start typing your customer details. If the system finds an exact or similar match it will give you some suggestions in the list.

If it is an existing customer you can select them and they will be written into your quotation.

If your customer does not appear in the list of suggestions then you can create a new contact at this point.
