Problems logging in?


I have not received the invitation

First check your Spam/Junk folder. This is the most common reason for not receiving invitations. If it is not in your Spam/Junk folder log a help ticket with 

I'm having problems accepting my invitation

Make sure that the invitation was not forwarded to you from another user. Trying to access SalesMaster using someone else's invitation will not work. Invitations are specific to the individual email address. 


I am having problems gaining access and I have already accepted my invitation?

You must access the application from the web page, and not your original invitation email. - The invitation email link will expire once you have used it to set up a password. Save the website address,,   to your favourites. 

I have forgotten my password

Click on the Forgot my password link. You will be asked for your e-mail address so that an e-mail can be sent to you with a link to rest your password.
