Overview of Contacts

Contacts is available as an additional customer relationship management (CRM) module.

Here contact information is captured including basic names, addresses and emails through to key specific data such as fleet sizes and replacement cycles.

Activity and forward diarised actions are recorded and shown in the form of a Timeline in order to help you plan your daily tasks. Your Timeline is visible as a whole or by individual contact.

A manager can track all staff activity as well as individual contact activity.
