Extending a booking

If you have made a booking for four days and it should have been five, for example, you can quickly extend the booking to the correct number of days to ensure the BMW Group Experience team have the correct information for contacting the customer.

A booking can only be extended, at the customer’s request, whilst in the following statuses:
Provisional         Qualified         Confirmed         Active


! A booking can not be extended once it is complete

A booking can be extended by dragging the right-hand side of the booking event, on the diary interface, to the new end date.

Moving a booking

You can move the booking event by moving your cursor to anywhere on the booking event and then dragging the event to the correct car and/or dates.

The BMW Group Experience team will be notified of the change.
