Problems logging in?

We recognise that from time to time users may experience difficulties logging in for a variety of reasons. Below are some of the most common problems our users have experienced and some advice on resolving those issues.

I'm entering my password and email correctly but I still cannot log in

It could be that your account is 'locked'. When a user's account has multiple failed login attempts we lock that account. An email is sent that provides guidance on how to unlock your account.


I have not received the invitation

First, check your Spam/Junk folder. This is the most common reason for not receiving invitations. If it is not in your Spam/Junk folder log a help ticket with and we can assist you further. 


I'm having problems accepting my invitation

Invitations are specific to an individual's email address. An invitation will be addressed to a specific email address. If you don't recognise the email address it could be that the invitation was forwarded to you from another user. Trying to access SalesMaster using someone else's invitation will not work. 


I am having problems gaining access and I have already accepted my invitation?

You must access the application from the web page, and not your original invitation email. - The invitation email link will expire once you have used it to set up a password. Try bookmarking the website address (for example, to your favourites. 


I have forgotten my password

At the login screen, click on the 'Forgot my password' link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
